Descriere

  • Create and implement architectural and design account plans with the Area Sales Manager
  • Develop high-value architectural and design accounts
  • Pursue high-end residential opportunities to grow sales and strengthen client relationships
  • Prospect architects, designers, and specifiers to promote Benjamin Moore products
  • Qualify and manage leads to obtain paint schedules and specifications
  • Develop strong knowledge of Benjamin Moore’s brand, products, and color offerings
  • Educate architects and designers through presentations, continuing education, and meetings
  • Provide paint expertise and project support from planning through completion
  • Prepare and review paint schedules and specifications
  • Assist retailers with A&D initiatives, color consultant coordination, and presentations
  • Track project opportunities, schedules, specifications, and deadlines
  • Coordinate client follow-up with Territory Representatives and painters
  • Visit job sites to evaluate needs and support implementation
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
  • Organize local events that build brand awareness and highlight products and services
  • Connect with design schools and emerging design professionals
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Review market reports to uncover opportunities for business growth
  • Use marketing resources and partner with the A&D Marketing Manager
  • Emphasize face-to-face meetings and direct client engagement
  • Share ongoing feedback with the A&D headquarters team
  • Complete accurate weekly CRM reports and documentation

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least three years of direct experience serving the architectural and design segment
  • Experience creating and executing account plans that drive sales growth
  • Strong sales judgment with a self-directed, results-focused approach
  • Ability to explain Benjamin Moore’s brand value to architectural and design audiences
  • Experience writing and sourcing specifications and finish schedules while managing projects through installation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and guide others
  • Strong time management with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when required
  • Willingness to travel overnight for meetings, conferences, and trade shows
  • Residence in the target geography or willingness to relocate
