Descriere

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile features for more than 100 million customers.
Guide mobile architecture and design patterns.
Coach engineers through feedback, code reviews, and platform-specific guidance.
Remove technical blockers for the team.
Build expertise in mobile performance, accessibility, and architecture.
Shape mobile architecture, review API designs, and develop reusable components.
Direct the design and development of client-side Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architectures.
Guide engineering practices such as feature flags and phased releases.
Promote agentic AI tools and coach engineers in AI-native development.
Contribute code using modern mobile platform capabilities and advanced UI patterns.
Set standards for coding, testing, performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Cerințe

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative discipline, such as statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, or engineering.
At least four years of professional software engineering experience; internships do not count toward this requirement.
At least three years of experience developing native mobile apps for Android with Kotlin or iOS with Swift.

Preferred: At least four years of experience developing native mobile apps for Android with Kotlin or iOS with Swift.
Preferred: Experience with modern native UI frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.

Preferred: Experience tuning and optimizing performance on native mobile platforms.
Preferred: Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and reusable component libraries.
Preferred: Experience implementing and maintaining comprehensive automated tests.
Preferred: Experience with modular architecture and modern state management patterns.
Preferred: Experience designing and developing client-side Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services using technologies such as GraphQL and gRPC/Protobuf.
Preferred: Experience with Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architectures.
Preferred: Experience with metrics-based phased rollouts and feature flag strategies.
Preferred: Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflows.
Preferred: Familiarity with on-device machine learning frameworks such as Core ML or TensorFlow Lite.
