- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile features for more than 100 million customers.
- Guide mobile architecture and design patterns.
- Coach engineers through feedback, code reviews, and platform-specific guidance.
- Remove technical blockers for the team.
- Build expertise in mobile performance, accessibility, and architecture.
- Shape mobile architecture, review API designs, and develop reusable components.
- Direct the design and development of client-side Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architectures.
- Guide engineering practices such as feature flags and phased releases.
- Promote agentic AI tools and coach engineers in AI-native development.
- Contribute code using modern mobile platform capabilities and advanced UI patterns.
- Set standards for coding, testing, performance, accessibility, and user experience.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative discipline, such as statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, or engineering.
- At least four years of professional software engineering experience; internships do not count toward this requirement.
- At least three years of experience developing native mobile apps for Android with Kotlin or iOS with Swift.
