Infrastructure Support Analyst

Support and improve Rehrig Pacific’s infrastructure across its facilities, helping maintain secure, reliable systems for its supply chain operations. Monitor platforms, resolve escalated issues, and advance automation and operational standards.

  • Track infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability.
  • Diagnose infrastructure problems and carry out preventive and corrective work.
  • Manage network, server, cloud, voice, endpoint management, security, and facility technology platforms.
  • Handle escalated infrastructure incidents and service requests.
  • Work with support teams, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver approved infrastructure changes and support technology deployments at new facilities.
  • Increase infrastructure efficiency and scalability through automation, monitoring, reporting, standardization, and self-service tools.
  • Keep technical documentation, operating procedures, configuration records, and support materials current.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience in computer science, management information systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is also accepted.
  • At least five years of user support work in enterprise environments.
  • Working knowledge of system development life cycles and networking.
  • Proficiency with virtualized server environments, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and modern multi-site networks.
  • Business awareness and communication skills to build effective partnerships with business leaders.
  • Experience with FortiOS, Active Directory, and Genetec solutions.
  • A forward-looking approach to AI and progressive automation.
  • Experience applying project management concepts and methods.
  • Willingness to travel about 20% of the time.
  • Agile experience is preferred.
