Apraksts

  • Build and lead an engineering team responsible for a key product’s services and infrastructure.
  • Create an inclusive team environment that helps people do their best work.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.
  • Keep the team engaged and aligned with product and company goals.
  • Work with Product and Architecture to break down complex projects.
  • Refine project designs and implementation plans.
  • Translate company strategy into a practical roadmap.
  • Establish and run processes that improve engineering quality and meet engineering SLAs.
  • Guide software engineering decisions with sound technical judgment.
  • Partner with the talent team to find and hire engineers.
  • Iterate on project design and implementation

Prasības

  • Work from the Har Hotzvim office in Jerusalem three days each week.
  • Have more than five years of experience managing a team of six or more engineers.
  • Build consensus across departments and work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bring progressive leadership experience and current technical expertise.
  • Have professional experience with containerization or similar technologies in large production environments.
  • Have experience managing infrastructure in a cloud-native environment.
  • Show measurable improvements to business outcomes and the development lifecycle.
  • Align with the company’s values.
  • Experience building high-volume, high-throughput distributed systems in product-focused organizations is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech or other complex financial infrastructure companies is a plus.
  • Experience working in global, distributed, or multicultural teams is a plus.
  • Experience scaling a successful SaaS product is a plus.
  • A computer science education or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
