Area Sales Director, Pacific Northwest

Lead wound-care sales for Acera and Restrata across healthcare markets in the Pacific Northwest. Build sales teams, expand clinical adoption, and manage territory revenue.

Apraksts

  • Lead teams and collaborate with surgeons and operating room stakeholders to increase adoption of Restrata® and related products
  • Create and execute area business plans that meet revenue goals while controlling expenses and sales-to-expense ratios
  • Coach and develop a strong sales team through communication, field engagement, performance evaluations, and professional development
  • Recruit and select sales professionals while building the sales organization, including distributor relationships when applicable
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and laws governing engagement with healthcare professionals
  • Report sales results, market developments, competitive activity, and field opportunities to senior leadership
  • Use a personal vehicle for company business and participate in the FAVR program
  • Spend up to 80% of working time in the field with representatives, customers, and other sales professionals, including occasional weekends and overnight travel
  • Support Solventum’s Acera portfolio and Restrata wound-care technologies within the Medical Surgical Division

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university plus at least five years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or medical field sales
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution plus at least nine years of relevant medical device, pharmaceutical, or medical field sales experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
  • Required experience with Value Analysis Committees and/or trial approvals in commercial and federal facilities
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record review and continued eligibility required
  • Compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off required
  • Legal authorization to work in the employment country without sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Certain licenses, vaccinations, credentials, or other qualifications may be required for facility access
  • Preferred: Medical device sales experience with surgeons in hospital systems, including direct support for operating room surgical cases
  • Preferred: At least one year of formal leadership experience
  • Preferred: Ability to independently manage time and priorities while adapting to a fast-changing environment
  • Preferred: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination
  • Preferred: Analytical and organizational skills
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to build relationships with physicians and surgical staff
  • Preferred: Negotiation, sales, and presentation skills, with working proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Concur
