Manage customer collections and cash recovery for WM while partnering with order-to-cash teams and offshore support. This hybrid role focuses on improving cash flow, customer service, and financial results.

Apraksts

  • Manage a customer portfolio and build effective collection strategies
  • Increase cash recovery by determining when to escalate collections, release or suspend services, make adjustments, and process write-offs
  • Negotiate practical resolutions with customers and internal stakeholders in challenging situations
  • Build relationships with customer accounts payable teams and senior finance leaders
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Launch, and Billing across the order-to-cash process
  • Coordinate offshore team activities, including mentoring, guidance, and collection strategy
  • Apply Agile methods to improve processes
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous innovation
  • Train assigned offshore support personnel
  • Improve financial performance, customer service levels, revenue, and cash flow while reducing bad-debt write-offs

Prasības

  • An accredited bachelor's degree, or an accredited high school diploma or GED plus four years of relevant work experience
  • At least two years of reconciliation experience
  • Oracle systems knowledge and experience preferred
  • B2B credit and collections experience preferred
  • Business negotiation experience and ability preferred
  • A REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative is required or must be obtained if needed for air travel or access to federal property
