Aprašymas

  • Guide the ongoing development of Planful’s financial performance management platform.
  • Use generative and evaluative methods such as customer interviews, contextual inquiry, usability and concept testing, and surveys.
  • Recruit participants with Product, Customer Success, and Support, and sustain an ongoing pipeline of customer conversations.
  • Turn research findings into personas, journey maps, opportunity areas, and insight summaries.
  • Assess the impact of launched designs using usability metrics, behavioral data, and customer feedback.
  • Keep the shared research repository up to date.
  • Share findings and recommendations with stakeholders and customers, and use them to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Frame problem statements and create wireframes, user flows, and interaction storyboards.
  • Create mockups and prototypes in line with the Planful Design System and brand guidelines.
  • Assess competing products, industry conventions, and UX research.
  • Work with Engineering to address constraints and deliver effective user experiences.
  • Help maintain the Planful pattern library and strengthen team standards.
  • Estimate effort to guide backlog planning and prioritization.

Reikalavimai

  • 6–8 years of UX research and design experience, preferably in enterprise or B2B SaaS.
  • A portfolio showing research and design work, including how research informed design choices and outcomes.
  • Practical experience with qualitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, and needs analysis.
  • Familiarity with quantitative methods such as surveys and analytics review.
  • Experience developing personas, scenarios, journey maps, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency with Claude and Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system work.
  • Experience partnering with product managers and engineers through design and development.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including presenting research and design rationale to varied audiences.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Preferred: experience or knowledge in the financial domain.
  • Preferred: experience designing data-dense products such as grids, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Preferred: experience designing or researching AI-powered or agentic experiences, and using AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Preferred: experience with UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail, or comparable research tools.
