Aprašymas

  • Provide hardware and software support to customers and internal teams.
  • Install test systems, upgrades, options, and software components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer sites and Teradyne facilities.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and repair support.
  • Manage customer escalations, internal processes, and critical situations professionally.
  • Deliver service and maintenance training as an instructor.
  • Contribute to cost reduction and productivity improvement programs.
  • Record solutions and lessons learned, and help improve technical documentation.
  • Travel frequently across Europe and occasionally worldwide.

Reikalavimai

  • At least three years of experience in the semiconductor industry or another advanced technical field.
  • Training in electronics or mechatronics through an apprenticeship or associate-level program; a bachelor’s degree is welcome.
  • Qualified to perform electrical work independently under German regulations, as an Elektrofachkraft or equivalent.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with an interest in learning, continuous improvement, and sharing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Shows initiative and takes responsibility in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; German is strongly recommended, or a willingness to develop German skills.
  • Valid EU driver’s license.
