Install, troubleshoot, and repair Teradyne semiconductor test systems, supporting customers across Europe with onsite service, remote assistance, and technical training.
Descriere
- Provide hardware and software support to customers and internal teams.
- Install test systems, upgrades, options, and software components.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer sites and Teradyne facilities.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and repair support.
- Manage customer escalations, internal processes, and critical situations professionally.
- Deliver service and maintenance training as an instructor.
- Contribute to cost reduction and productivity improvement programs.
- Record solutions and lessons learned, and help improve technical documentation.
- Travel frequently across Europe and occasionally worldwide.
Cerințe
- At least three years of experience in the semiconductor industry or another advanced technical field.
- Training in electronics or mechatronics through an apprenticeship or associate-level program; a bachelor’s degree is welcome.
- Qualified to perform electrical work independently under German regulations, as an Elektrofachkraft or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Self-directed and proactive, with an interest in learning, continuous improvement, and sharing knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Shows initiative and takes responsibility in a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German is strongly recommended, or a willingness to develop German skills.
- Valid EU driver’s license.
