Sales Development Executive – Aberdeen
Sell Mondelēz International brands, including Cadbury and Oreo, to retailers in the Aberdeen area. Manage merchandising, promotions, customer relationships, and field sales targets.
Aprašymas
- Sell Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts, Oreo, and other brands to independent and symbol retailers.
- Build relationships with cash-and-carry wholesalers and local stores.
- Help customers expand their snacking ranges through sales improvements, promotions, and new product launches.
- Use merchandising techniques to improve product visibility and shelf availability.
- Set up and monitor promotional activities.
- Place and install point-of-purchase materials.
- Report on field activities.
- Meet field sales KPIs and annual objectives.
Reikalavimai
- Sales experience; FMCG or CPG experience is preferred, though experience in other fields is considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s licence is essential, with no more than 3 points.
- Confidence driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
