Stock Mondelēz International’s Nabisco products and build retail displays across grocery stores. Maintain shelves, promotions, pricing, and store relationships while traveling between locations.

- Visit stores according to the agreed planning cycle and represent Mondelēz International.
- Monitor shelf conditions and product assortment.
- Set up campaigns and identify effective store locations for displays.
- Complete required administrative tasks.
- Use point-of-sale materials effectively.
- Improve product visibility in stores.
- Support retail-level growth of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business.
- Stock Nabisco products and build and maintain displays.
- Move products from store backrooms to shelves.
- Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displays neatly.
- Build point-of-sale displays throughout stores.
- Rotate products on shelves.
- Create and hang accurate price tags and point-of-sale materials.
- Communicate with store staff and Mondelēz team members.
- Deliver strong customer service.
- Keep the merchandising service schedule efficient and accurate.
- Drive to multiple customer stores during each shift.
- Identify store-level sales opportunities and share them with the appropriate Mondelēz staff.
- Identify store problems and communicate them.
Reikalavimai
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and general background check.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in New Braunfels, Texas.
- Availability for the established schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced setting.
- Able to lift, bend, carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally over 50 pounds), and push or pull loads over 100 pounds repeatedly.
- Able to use ladders occasionally.
- Able to stand and stock shelves using repetitive hand and arm movements throughout a shift.
- Able to unpack at least 100 cases of Nabisco products.
- Able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
- Merchandising experience preferred.
- Experience with a hand pallet jack and pushing or pulling U-Boat carts preferred.
- Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, and cellular or wireless devices.
