Aprašymas

  • Assist approximately two senior lead planners.
  • Onboard two members each week, providing live guidance and support from the Director.
  • Observe planning sessions and learn to explain complex financial topics in clear, accessible language.
  • Rotate across Member Experience and Trading & Investment Operations teams.
  • Review financial data, statements, and tax returns to identify planning opportunities and tax efficiencies.
  • Make decisions on financial strategies and map their structure in the planning system.
  • Turn members’ broad goals into practical actions and next steps.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for members when lead planners are away.
  • Monitor incoming messages, respond to urgent concerns, and help ease members’ financial worries.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in financial planning or a related discipline.
  • CFP® designation, or a passed CFP® exam with experience requirements for using the designation expected to be met within 60 days.
  • Zero to two years of experience in financial services, customer success, or a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a high-trust, technology-enabled workplace.

  • Base pay of $80,000–$95,000 plus bonus.
