Structured Credit Financial Consultant – Agribusiness (Remote, Brazil)
Contract-based financial consultant responsible for originating structured credit and liquidity solutions for agribusiness companies. Manages transactions with executives and decision-makers at mid-sized and large businesses.

- Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions while working directly with borrowers and decision-makers
- Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating more than BRL 15 million in annual revenue
- Evaluate business projects and their financing requirements
- Sustain ongoing origination efforts against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
- Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposed transactions
- Focus on agribusiness financing and match corporate funding needs with suitable capital sources
- Structure working capital, receivables financing, secured loans, expansion funding, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and transactions involving FIDCs, CRIs, CRAs, debentures, asset managers, and federal or international funds

- Maintain an active client portfolio and verifiable direct relationships with C-suite leaders, CFOs, and shareholders at mid-sized and large companies with annual revenue above BRL 15 million
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal credit lines such as BNDES
- Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
- Translate complex projects into working capital and corporate debt requirements
- Bring initiative, commercial judgment, results focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration
- Have highly senior commercial experience with mid-market and large corporate clients, including an active agribusiness portfolio and established relationships
- Preferred professional experience: less than one year
