Senior SAP PMO Project Coordinator responsible for program governance, documentation, invoicing, and purchase order budget oversight. This onsite role supports Program Managers during the Wave 1 rollout.

- Develop presentations for executive and project audiences.
- Oversee PMO operations and governance activities.
- Provide onsite support to Program Managers throughout the Wave 1 rollout.
- Verify requirements against the contracted scope.
- Assist the Delivery Head with statements of work, schedules, financial records, and requirements documentation for contract actions.
- Review and support invoice processing activities.
- Track delivery of contractual requirements.
- Oversee purchase order utilization against approved budgets.
