Senior Data Engineer - Snowflake (Hybrid, India)
Senior Data Engineer responsible for moving production SaaS ETL workloads to Snowflake-native pipelines. The role focuses on secure, isolated multi-tenant data architecture for Solvd’s AI and technology transformation projects.

- Redesign ingestion by replacing the existing endpoint, cloud function, streaming queue, ETL, and warehouse flow with Snowflake-native ingestion in each customer’s Snowflake account
- Migrate legacy ETL logic for activity, meeting and event, network context, and system metadata into Snowflake-native pipelines
- Create data models and pipeline logic for cross-account, multi-tenant distribution, enforcing tenant boundaries across schemas, pipelines, and secret management
- Resolve technical debt related to shared credentials, build-time configuration, live tenant provisioning, and cross-platform data-capture parity
- Rebuild activity, event, network, and metadata models while maintaining existing business analytics
- Test pipeline designs against production patterns such as batch sizes, synchronization frequencies, and offline-queue backlogs
- Record migration decisions for internal reviews, downstream customers, and formal marketplace evaluation
- Contribute to AI-focused projects and enterprise technology transformation initiatives

- At least five years of data engineering experience with hands-on Snowflake work, including native transformation and orchestration capabilities
- Experience moving an established production ETL pipeline to a cloud-native platform
- Working knowledge of streaming and event-driven pipelines
- Ability to evaluate security architectures covering encryption at rest and in transit, key management, and multi-tenant secret handling
- Familiarity with function or PaaS services from a major cloud provider
- Experience implementing multi-tenant SaaS data isolation through schema-per-tenant, row-level security, or comparable patterns
- Preferred: experience building and distributing applications through a cloud data platform marketplace or listing model
- Preferred: experience with workforce analytics, activity monitoring, or related behavioral and event data
- Preferred: exposure to BI tool migration alongside an underlying data platform migration
- Legal authorization to work in India, with or without visa sponsorship
- English proficiency is required; the application asks candidates to select a level from A1-A2 through Native
