- Set regional rating strategies across products and insurers.
- Choose rating levels and classification criteria that support growth and profitability targets.
- Prepare regulatory submissions for rate changes.
- Put approved rate changes into effect.

- Bring one to three years of actuarial experience in property and casualty.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or a related field.
- Have completed all preliminary Casualty Actuarial Society professional exams.
- Know Excel very well.
- Be proficient in and interested in programming, particularly SAS, VBA, R, or Python.
- Predictive modeling experience is a strong asset.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and synthetic thinking.
