  • Support the EVP, Head of Design, and one to two direct reports with senior-level administrative assistance
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and related expense reporting
  • Plan and manage logistics for offsites and team collaboration events
  • Complete expense management tasks
  • Evaluate office space requirements and advocate for organizational needs
  • Act as a central contact between the EVP’s office, internal stakeholders, and external vendors or partners
  • Use judgment to determine which matters to resolve independently and which to escalate
  • Collaborate with executive assistants on cross-functional initiatives and backup coverage
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new members of the Design organization
  • Lead or contribute to special projects assigned by the EVP
  • Protect sensitive organizational information through sound judgment and discretion

Талаптар

  • At least five years supporting a senior executive at VP level or above, preferably in a creative, design, product, or technology environment
  • Ability to manage complex, rapidly changing calendars and competing priorities with strong judgment and minimal supervision
  • Substantial experience arranging domestic and international travel and handling expense reporting
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills and willingness to adopt new productivity and AI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven professionalism and discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information
  • Experience planning and delivering team offsites and events, including vendor and logistics management
  • Previous support for a Design, UX, Creative, or Product leader or organization
  • Background in media, entertainment, or technology
  • Familiarity with Paramount internal systems such as Oracle Fusion
  • Experience coordinating support across multiple executives or leaders at the same time
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
