Client Service Associate, Business Insurance — Marsh McLennan | New York Hybrid
Support Marsh McLennan Agency’s business insurance operations across marketing, renewals, certificates, and client communications. Partner with Account Management and Sales teams in a hybrid New York role.

- Partner with Account Management and Sales teams
- Address client needs and help maintain expected service standards
- Coordinate marketing activities for new and renewal group business
- Gather data and request insurance quotes
- Track bid requests and communicate with vendors
- Develop detailed cost sheets in line with marketing workflows and guidelines
- Assist with issuing and managing certificates of insurance
- Create client materials for strategic planning, renewals, and quarterly reviews
- Develop finalist presentations and materials for other client-facing meetings
Талаптар
- At least one year of Property & Casualty Insurance experience, preferably in a brokerage setting
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Current insurance license or willingness to obtain one within three months of starting
- College degree in Risk Management, Business, or a related field is helpful but not required
- Experience with Applied Epic is helpful but not required
