Drive new business for Grantek’s automation and smart manufacturing solutions from Texas. Build client relationships, develop proposals, and identify growth opportunities across North America.

- Identify, target, and acquire new clients through focused business development strategies
- Build relationships with prospective clients and align Grantek’s services with their needs
- Work with existing clients to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare strategic proposals in response to RFPs
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach
- Help cultivate a positive and fulfilling workplace
- Contribute to company decisions, direction, and strategic planning
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention
- Partner with District Leaders to support company-wide revenue growth
- Expand new business opportunities throughout the Midwest

- Bring at least 5–7 years of experience in sales or account management
- Experience in the automation industry is an asset
- Post-secondary engineering education is preferred
- Demonstrate leadership, decisiveness, adaptability, sound judgment, and strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships
- Establish and develop lasting client partnerships
- Be available to travel across North America up to 50% of the time
