Bilingual Retail Training and Communications Coordinator
Coordinate bilingual retail training and communications for Arc’teryx’s outdoor apparel store network across North America. Support learning events, program delivery, operational improvements, and retail communications from a hybrid role in North Vancouver.

- Help deliver North American retail training and communications across the store network
- Work with program managers to collect information, track follow-ups, and keep projects aligned
- Coordinate core and recurring North American retail training programs
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely communications to retail stores
- Plan training and learning event logistics, including schedules, milestones, and on-site coordination
- Maintain reliable data for retail training and communications programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Retail Training and Communications – NAM and cross-functional partners
- Help build and refine processes within a high-growth organization
- Support the introduction of new retail programs, systems, and operating procedures
- Find ways to simplify processes and reduce operational complexity for stores
- Contribute to initiatives that support business growth and changing retail operating models
- Take part in continuous improvement work that enhances the store experience and operational effectiveness
Талаптар
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- Degree or post-secondary education in business, communications, education, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in coordination, communications, or project coordination
- At least two years of experience in a retail environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Approachable and open, with a customer-service mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including relationship-building across organizational levels
- Able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in coordinating projects and tracking schedules, tasks, and deliverables
- Experience planning or assisting with learning events is an asset
- Background in communications or training is an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, AI tools, PowerPoint, Word, and Smartsheet
- Experience with Zipline or a similar employee communications platform is an asset
- Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations
- Passion for spending time outdoors and living an active outdoor lifestyle
