Manage customer collections, account records, and payment solutions in English and French for Uline’s on-site team in Milton.

- Oversee an assigned portfolio of customer accounts through phone and email
- Develop productive relationships with customers
- Investigate overdue balances and work with customers to establish payment solutions
- Keep account records current and document collection efforts and customer communications
- Coordinate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and limit bad debt
- Recommend process improvements that strengthen the customer experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
- At least one year of preferred experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear communicator with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- Ability to work on-site
