Artificial Intelligence Software Engineer
Build end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions for government and mission-critical systems at Booz Allen Hamilton. Develop full-stack applications, DevSecOps pipelines, and digital engineering capabilities.

- Create user-centered tools that improve organizational efficiency and support decision-making.
- Upgrade digital engineering capabilities powered by AI.

- Use advanced principles, theories, and concepts to develop innovative solutions.
- Expand expertise in LLM frameworks, DevSecOps, and full-stack development.
- Design, adapt, develop, write, and implement software applications using approaches such as Agile.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Contribute to identity verification using advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence.
- Work with colleagues and customers as the role requires.

- Experience working with full-stack LLM solutions.

- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience implementing and using Model Context Protocol (MCP) in software or digital engineering projects.
- Experience conducting systems engineering analysis for government or mission-critical systems, including the DoW.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, and IBM Rhapsody.
- Experience developing MagicDraw plug-ins and administering Teamwork Cloud.
- Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience testing software products and performing QA/QC.
- Experience with LLM inference engines such as vLLM and llama.cpp.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- Industry certifications such as OCSMP, ASEP, GCP, Azure, AWS, or Security+ are preferred.
- AI tools may not be used to assist with interview responses unless explicitly permitted.
