Description

  • Identify and prospect new healthcare providers, building trust that develops into lasting referral partnerships
  • Lead in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients
  • Strengthen relationships with existing providers to maintain a consistent flow of patient referrals
  • Communicate Nabi’s value and make the referral process more efficient
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to support a seamless experience for providers and patients
  • Run the territory from a home base while visiting providers regularly, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field

Requirements

  • Able to work independently in a field-based startup environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with healthcare providers
  • Relationship-focused and consultative in outreach and partnership development
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through independently
  • Familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care is preferred
  • Proven success converting clinical relationships into patient referrals is preferred
  • Available for regular in-person visits to healthcare practices across the Orlando metro area
