Description

Prepare and submit monthly tax reports in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
File supplier tax invoices and import documents to support organized archiving and efficient retrieval during internal, external, and tax audits.
Review and validate supplier tax invoices against financial procedures, company policies, legal requirements, and tax regulations.
Prepare tax-related journal entries, including PPh 25 and monthly VAT reporting entries.
Complete tax transactions promptly so they are recorded in the correct accounting period.
Reconcile tax reports with the general ledger to align tax reporting and bookkeeping.
Perform daily reconciliations of VAT and withholding-tax transactions generated by accounts payable.
Reconcile and equalize commercial invoices with customs invoices.
Submit recurring tax reports to the relevant tax authority.

Requirements

Associate degree or higher in accounting or taxation.
At least two years of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of PSAK and applicable tax regulations.
Brevet A, B, and C certifications.
Very good spoken and written English.
Strong English reading and comprehension skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and strategic-thinking abilities.
Willingness to work in Wonokoyo, Beji, Pasuruan, East Java.
