Software Developer Founder – Germany Remote

Software developers and founders can submit existing repositories for licensing assessment. Eligible submissions may receive compensation under agreed licensing terms, with token-based reference rates used for valuation.

Description

  • Submit an existing software repository for an initial assessment of its licensing potential
  • Receive a codebase evaluation against the applicable acceptance criteria
  • Consider licensing opportunities if the repository meets the qualification criteria
  • Review the estimated repository value before choosing whether to proceed
  • Receive payment under agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed

Requirements

  • Experience developing software or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository
  • Complete ownership of, or legal authority to license, the submitted source code
  • Access to the original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software
  • Submitted code must exclude third-party material that you are not authorized to sublicense
