Description

  • Manage the site merchandising calendar for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Oversee product ranking and presentation across the homepage, collection and category pages, and blog content
  • Analyze merchandising performance, search behavior, and onsite engagement on a recurring basis
  • Direct onsite content planning and brief new assets for launches, promotions, and evergreen brand campaigns
  • Configure and improve cross-sell and upsell functionality
  • Optimize onsite search results
  • Maintain and improve primary navigation and filtering
  • Work with engineering to refine site metadata and content for stronger search visibility and organic traffic
  • Collaborate with growth marketing to improve landing pages for paid campaigns
  • Partner with product marketing on site features, collections, content, priority collections, and hero products
  • Create and administer Shopify discount codes, promotions, and product-level settings
  • Define and maintain product tagging and catalog management practices
  • Manage onsite inventory data and coordinate corrections to discrepancies
  • Work with Customer Experience to investigate and resolve site bugs and functionality problems
  • Oversee third-party app vendors and integrations, including performance management and troubleshooting
  • Support A/B testing plans and ecommerce site roadmaps with the Director of Ecommerce

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations; beauty or wellness experience is preferred
  • Required experience with A/B testing, personalization, heatmapping, and site analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Hotjar
  • Strong analytical ability to produce reports, recognize trends, and turn findings into actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Creative, Customer Experience, and broader Ecommerce teams
  • Required hands-on experience with Shopify
  • Familiarity with Shopify Flows and backend product management is a strong advantage
  • Experience overseeing third-party app integrations and vendor relationships, including tool evaluation, implementation, and ongoing partnership management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency; applicants must reside in the United States
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position
