Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Factory Infrastructure — NVIDIA (Remote, United States)

Lead NVIDIA’s 100MW+ AI factory data center deployments, coordinating infrastructure, hardware, software, contractors, utilities, and OEMs from planning through commissioning and operational handoff.

Description

  • Partner with product owners and technical leads to define requirements for next-generation AI factories.
  • Plan and deliver long-term programs through schedules, resource allocation, and milestone checkpoints.
  • Collaborate with data center and hardware teams to develop solutions and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate capacity planning, engineering roadmaps, and data center expansion plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Direct end-to-end delivery of 100MW+ AI factory data center deployments from construction readiness through commissioning, turn-up, and operational handoff.
  • Align general contractors, colocation providers, utilities, and OEMs on electrical and mechanical scope, long-lead equipment, and site logistics.
  • Lead integrated readiness reviews and establish acceptance criteria across power, liquid cooling, networking, and platform or hardware teams.
  • Create program plans supporting government grants and related initiatives.
  • Convert program requirements into Basis of Design documentation.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure accountability for action items and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute data center lifecycles, large-scale AI factory buildouts, and facility expansions over the long term.
  • Background delivering high-density AI infrastructure across the full data center lifecycle, including commissioning, readiness reviews, turn-up, and operational handoff.
  • Experience coordinating colocation providers, general contractors, utilities, and OEMs on complex electrical and mechanical work at 100MW+ campus scale.
  • Strong technical program leadership spanning power delivery, liquid cooling, networking, and compute or platform teams.
  • At least 12 years of program or project management leadership on data center projects involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction plus large-scale server, storage, and network deployments.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure and data center facilities technologies.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA’s AI compute stack and with translating platform requirements into data center infrastructure designs.
  • Experience working in colocation data center environments.
