  • Set technical direction and lead Agentic SOC initiatives from initial concept through production enhancement
  • Build reusable runtimes and platform capabilities for agent orchestration, governed tools, context, memory, evaluation, trace analysis, and quality gates
  • Convert SOC, SIEM, detection, incident, investigation, and response requirements into shared platform mechanisms
  • Create agents that support grounded reasoning, planning, delegation, human oversight, traceability, auditability, and safe failure recovery
  • Define measurable AI performance standards covering task completion, groundedness, tool accuracy, trajectory quality, human intervention, safety, latency, cost, and reliability
  • Drive metrics-based development with datasets, evaluations, production traces, feedback, experiments, and regression controls
  • Relate AI quality measurements to production performance and customer results
  • Design architectures for public cloud, on-premises, sovereign cloud, and air-gapped deployments
  • Implement identity propagation, authorization, tenant isolation, policy controls, privacy, auditability, and permission-aware actions
