Senior Social Media Lead — Spellbook (Remote)

Lead Spellbook’s social media presence from the ground up, turning AI contract technology launches and executive thought leadership into measurable audience growth. Shape the brand voice, content strategy, and performance approach across social channels.

Description

  • Develop Spellbook’s social presence, including its editorial voice, content calendar, and overarching strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end social calendar across platforms, from ideation and copywriting through scheduling and publication.
  • Coordinate daily content with long-range plans connected to company milestones, product launches, and pipeline objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to social comments, mentions, and direct messages.
  • Cultivate relationships with the legal technology community, customers, creators, and journalists.
  • Establish and consistently uphold Spellbook’s voice and visual identity across social channels.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and executives to turn company updates, launches, and thought leadership into engaging social content.
  • Ghostwrite executive social posts and provide editorial guidance.
  • Create a data-informed social strategy using reach, engagement, trends, cultural moments, and platform dynamics.
  • Measure reach, engagement, follower growth, and share of voice, applying insights to refine the strategy.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success increasing organic brand reach and engagement, supported by specific metrics and outcomes.
  • Professional experience managing social media for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to manage a social program end to end, from quarterly planning through caption writing and publishing.
  • Strong strategic planning and operational delivery capabilities.
  • Clear understanding of the factors that help content gain traction.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adjust tone for different platforms while preserving a consistent brand voice.
  • Experience with social management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada or the United States when applying.
