Senior Jury Consultant - United States Remote

Lead jury research, mock trials, witness preparation, and jury selection for law firm and corporate clients. Advise on litigation strategy and trial consulting through research, analysis, and real-time trial feedback.

Description

  • Lead and design jury research engagements independently
  • Create test agendas and research instruments
  • Facilitate focus groups and mock trials
  • Evaluate qualitative and quantitative research data
  • Prepare detailed client reports with the research team
  • Prepare witnesses for depositions and trials
  • Partner with clients to develop voir dire strategies and questions
  • Direct the jury selection process
  • Monitor trials and give attorneys timely feedback on the clarity, credibility, and persuasiveness of evidence and testimony
  • Support client service, financial performance, thought leadership, business development, and consulting-team growth
  • Report to the Chair of the Jury Consulting Advisory Steering Committee

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in litigation consulting, including strategy and theme development, mock trials and focus groups, deposition and trial witness preparation, courtroom jury-selection support, juror questionnaire design, coding and grading, and voir dire drafting
  • Demonstrated consultant capabilities in project management, business development, case management, budget oversight, and personnel development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple clients and manage work-product development and delivery
  • Strong knowledge of social science research methods and qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Strong understanding of project delivery and cross-disciplinary collaboration within case teams
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects at once
  • Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt in a continuously changing environment
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing changing deadlines
  • Able to present ideas and concepts clearly in writing and verbally
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, comfort with uncertainty, and adaptability to changing caseloads
  • Master's degree in social or behavioral sciences or communication required
  • At least 5 years of jury consulting experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50–60% of the time
