Senior Full-Stack Engineer (C#/.NET, Angular) — Latin America Remote
Join Nortal as a senior full-stack engineer helping modernize an enterprise pricing and invoicing platform. Develop C#/.NET and Angular features while supporting legacy-system migration to Azure.
Description
- Develop and maintain Angular and .NET Core (C#) features for a web application supporting client pricing, revenue tracking, and invoicing.
- Create and optimize SQL Server stored procedures while improving database query performance.
- Build and maintain Azure or AWS services such as Logic Apps, Functions, Web Apps, and comparable infrastructure.
- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decisions.
- Help migrate the legacy CMS and on-premises SQL Server database into Unity, including the transition to Azure SQL.
- Move further functionality into Unity and redesign BLOB-based document storage with Azure Blob Storage and hybrid SQL/document storage.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and Git processes through Azure DevOps.
- Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain the stability and reliability of live systems.
- Refactor legacy code and develop new application capabilities from the ground up.
- Assist with transition and replacement activities through shadowing and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- At least five years of experience with C# and .NET Core, preferably version 6.
- At least four years of SQL Server experience, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
- At least three years of experience with Azure or AWS services, including Logic Apps, Functions, Web Apps, or comparable technologies.
- At least three years of Azure DevOps experience covering task management or pipelines, deployment automation, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
- At least two years of participation in solution design, architecture discussions, or technical decision-making.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and own outcomes.
- Experience diagnosing production issues and maintaining system stability.
- Experience developing applications from the ground up.
- At least three years of experience working with legacy codebases.
- Advanced English proficiency is required because the role involves working with US clients.
