Description

  • Develop, validate, monitor, and improve statistical, predictive, and machine learning models
  • Analyze and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data
  • Convert data into actionable insights that inform business decisions
  • Create analytical studies and models focused on customer behavior, patterns, and business opportunities
  • Build and deploy scalable analytical solutions with strong quality, efficiency, and reliability
  • Perform exploratory analyses, hypothesis testing, and impact assessments
  • Use data science, statistics, and artificial intelligence to identify process optimization opportunities
  • Combine data from internal and external sources while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with Business, Data Engineering, and Technology teams
  • Monitor production models and recommend ongoing improvements
  • Investigate and apply emerging methods, algorithms, and technologies in AI, machine learning, and analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience using data science to address business problems
  • Advanced command of the end-to-end analytical and machine learning model lifecycle, including exploration, deployment, production monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or comparable tools
  • Experience handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data
  • Experience applying AWS services to data and machine learning initiatives
  • Strong grounding in statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, and model evaluation
  • Experience developing, validating, monitoring, and improving predictive models and machine learning algorithms
  • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and statistical model metrics
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Experience working with Scrum or Kanban
  • Preferred experience with MLOps, deployment and monitoring tools, deep learning using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, LLMs, generative AI, NLP, AWS or machine learning certifications, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
