Coordinate sponsor-dedicated clinical trials for ICON across global research programs. Maintain protocol compliance, site oversight, data quality, and timely study execution.

Description

  • Lead technically complex clinical coordination activities while advancing quality and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate trial operations to meet protocols, regulatory obligations, and delivery milestones
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve study issues, improve processes, and support effective execution
  • Oversee site management and monitoring activities to protect data integrity and protocol compliance
  • Guide clinical staff and investigators on best practices and applicable regulatory standards
  • Monitor and communicate study progress, assess emerging risks, and apply mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline
  • Substantial clinical trial management experience with a sound grasp of study processes and regulatory obligations
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and deliver multiple projects while solving problems effectively
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with varied teams and stakeholders
  • Careful, proactive approach to supporting trial outcomes and resolving clinical issues
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
