Senior Associate .NET and JavaScript Developer - Hyderabad

Support and improve PwC enterprise .NET and JavaScript applications, SSIS/SSRS reporting, and integrations. Diagnose incidents, improve performance, and assist with DevOps deployments in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Description

  • Oversee troubleshooting and performance improvements for enterprise .NET Framework and Visual Basic applications
  • Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 application support
  • Investigate crashes, functional defects, performance problems, assembly and DLL dependencies, and configuration discrepancies
  • Review logs, Windows Event Viewer records, and application traces to determine root causes
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SSRS reports, subscriptions, and scheduled distributions
  • Debug and improve SSIS packages used for data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Resolve data quality concerns, performance issues, and failed SSIS jobs
  • Handle reporting needs and one-off data requests
  • Review and improve SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks
  • Support iFrame integrations and resolve rendering, authentication, and session problems
  • Find and address bottlenecks across application, database, and reporting layers
  • Deploy and maintain applications running on IIS and Windows Server
  • Administer Windows Services, batch processes, and scheduled tasks
  • Coordinate remediation across Development, QA, and Production environments
  • Support build and deployment pipelines for .NET and SSIS/SSRS solutions
  • Assist with deployments through Azure DevOps, MSBuild, and release pipelines
  • Follow Git or TFS source control practices
  • Maintain application and report security and compliance
  • Support authentication, authorization, and data access controls
  • Remediate vulnerabilities and audit findings
  • Work within Agile teams while maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles
  • Partner with frontend, integration, and other cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Operate at the Senior Associate management level
  • Have experience supporting enterprise applications built with .NET Framework and Visual Basic
  • Understand ASP.NET Web Forms, Windows Forms, and WPF
  • Have experience troubleshooting iFrame-based integrations, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Have experience with SSIS, SSRS, and T-SQL
  • Understand SQL Server, stored procedures, views, indexing, and query optimization
  • Have used Visual Studio Debugger, SQL Profiler, Performance Monitor, application logs, and Windows Event Viewer
  • Understand IIS, Windows Services, scheduled tasks, and Windows Server
  • Have experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, MSBuild, NuGet, Git, and/or TFS
  • Understand Splunk, ELK Stack, and/or Application Insights
  • Understand authentication, authorization, role-based access control, SSL/TLS, and secure coding practices
  • Have experience with ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
  • Have experience using ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy
  • Have worked in Agile Scrum or Kanban and DevOps environments
