LaserAway is hiring a remote Outbound Sales Consultant to turn warm marketing leads into aesthetic treatment plans. The role covers phone consultations, follow-ups, objection handling, and sales closing.
Description
- Convert marketing-qualified leads into LaserAway treatment plans
- Own a personal warm-lead pipeline and revenue goal
- Process assigned leads through LaserAway’s CRM
- Hold consultative phone conversations with prospective patients
- Explain LaserAway’s available aesthetic treatments
- Address objections, maintain persistent follow-up, and close sales
- Report to the Remote Sales Director
- Collaborate with the national marketing team and inbound lead pipeline
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound or phone-based sales
- Ability to build trust and create urgency during phone conversations
- Willingness to make more than 50 outbound calls each day
- Self-directed approach with the discipline to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Results-oriented mindset with ownership of performance metrics
- Availability to work within an assigned U.S. time zone
- A background in aesthetics is not required
