Remote Outbound Jewelry Sales Representative
Sell fine jewelry to Ross-Simons customers by phone from an eligible U.S. state. Build lasting shopping relationships while achieving sales targets remotely.
Description
- Develop relationships with existing Ross-Simons customers through outbound calls
- Explain jewelry products, new arrivals, and exclusive offers to customers
- Create interest and foster personalized shopping relationships
- Deliver a welcoming phone-shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Achieve or surpass sales targets through energy and consistent productivity
- Communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse customer base
- Address objections and successfully close sales
Requirements
- Experience in relationship-based sales; jewelry experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adjust to individual customer needs
- Ability to close sales with a friendly, outgoing, and professional style
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Required experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States for any employer without restriction
