Principal AI Engineer, Pakistan Remote
Creative Chaos is hiring a Principal AI Engineer to build and refine machine learning systems. The role focuses on conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic solutions for product development.
Description
- Build and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Examine large datasets to generate actionable insights and strengthen AI systems
- Partner with data scientists and software engineers to embed AI capabilities in existing applications
- Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies and development methods
- Track model performance, assess results, and tune systems when needed
- Assist teams that use the company’s AI solutions
- Record development workflows, model architectures, and outcomes to support reproducibility and efficiency
- Take part in code reviews and promote effective engineering practices
- Help shape the company’s AI strategy and future direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience as an AI engineer or in a comparable artificial intelligence development role
- Advanced knowledge of Python, conversational AI, AI data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks
- Working knowledge of data preprocessing and augmentation methods
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience deploying AI solutions through cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to nontechnical stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for technology and commitment to keeping pace with industry developments
