Performance Solutions Partner II - Hybrid United States

Lead performance strategy for Pinterest’s tvScientific accounts, improving TV advertising adoption, optimization, revenue, and experimentation. Apply AI-powered analysis and cross-functional partnership to guide account growth and performance outcomes.

Description

  • Own performance strategy for priority accounts
  • Increase product adoption, optimize campaigns, and grow performance-based revenue in partnership with Sales and Customer Success
  • Develop and refine performance playbooks using KPI trends, testing results, and market feedback
  • Turn successful methods into repeatable guidance, tools, and templates
  • Act as the primary expert for complex performance questions and escalations
  • Investigate issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate with Ad Operations, Measurement, Product, and Supply teams
  • Coach colleagues in performance strategy capabilities
  • Contribute to reporting, weekly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain and share a performance dashboard covering the account portfolio
  • Apply AI to speed performance analysis and strengthen experimentation frameworks
  • Ensure AI-assisted performance work is accurate, explainable, high-quality, and commercially meaningful
  • Connect performance initiatives with Pinterest values, AI standards, and tvScientific and Pinterest objectives

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in performance marketing or a strategic digital media role
  • Experience with connected TV is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ownership of optimization strategy and resolution of complex performance issues
  • Confidence leading conversations with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Experience using AI for performance diagnostics, cross-account pattern analysis, and experiment development
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert findings into practical strategies
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and business results clearly
  • Background collaborating across technical and commercial functions
  • Track record of supporting and scaling accounts through data-driven recommendations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-focused approach and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Willingness to travel at least quarterly for team-building activities and customer meetings
  • Ability to work in the United States
