Onsite Scheduling Coordinator – Omaha Area

Coordinate patient appointments and referring-office service for Paradigm Oral Health’s Omaha-area oral surgery practices. Support provider schedules, patient charts, and smooth patient flow across four locations.

Description

  • Deliver high-touch service to patients, referring offices, and colleagues by phone, in person, and electronically.
  • Welcome patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Arrange appointments to balance patient satisfaction, provider availability, and exam and treatment room capacity.
  • Create each provider’s daily schedule.
  • Prepare and organize patient charts.
  • Coordinate patient flow to help minimize waiting times.
  • Provide patients with assistance as needed.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with referring offices.
  • Protect patient information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Complete other related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of dental terminology.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
  • Basic office capabilities, including typing and filing.
  • Strong organizational ability.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Oral surgery experience is helpful but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, subject to verification through E-Verify.
