Onsite Apprentice Administrator

Join ASSA ABLOY’s Service & Repair team as an Apprentice Administrator. Support customer service, purchasing, invoice processing, record keeping, and everyday office administration while developing your skills.

Description

  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Assist with invoice processing and related administration
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional, helpful manner
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
  • Keep records and filing systems accurate and up to date
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team
  • Learn company processes and systems while developing in the role
  • Support the Service & Repair client support team across customer service, administration, and basic finance activities

Requirements

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have five GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
  • Use Microsoft Office confidently, including Excel
  • Show close attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Be willing to learn, ask questions, and build new skills
  • Take a reliable and punctual approach to work
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude
  • Knowledge or experience of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, or invoice processing would be advantageous
  • Previous experience with business or administrative systems would be advantageous
