Description

  • Shape Kinaxis’s brand voice and tone across communication channels
  • Review business content for adherence to style guidelines and brand standards
  • Test new content formats and distribution approaches
  • Develop stories for top-of-funnel through middle-of-funnel audiences to improve engagement and results
  • Track industry developments, research findings, and content performance
  • Investigate supply chain and technology topics, challenges, and emerging trends
  • Research and interview internal and external subject-matter experts and industry leaders
  • Write and edit long-form articles, industry guides, social media content, speeches, and advertisements
  • Produce and edit content for relevant digital platforms
  • Partner with teams across Kinaxis to highlight its brand, products, and innovative approach
  • Report to the Senior Content Manager

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, journalism, creative writing, English, or a related discipline
  • Currently enrolled in full-time education or graduating within 12 months of the placement end date
  • Strong writing and editing abilities
  • Able to identify inconsistencies and produce concise, substantive writing
  • Able to synthesize and apply feedback
  • Curious, eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and able to retain new information
  • Demonstrates sound problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Able to use AI as a writing aid without substituting for original writing
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and proofreading, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences and channels
  • Committed to Kinaxis security and confidentiality standards
  • Highly organized, with the ability to track tasks and communicate updates, progress, and obstacles
