Description

  • Work with customer delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers on real-world deployments
  • Develop full-stack features for state governments and public-sector partners with support from senior engineers
  • Convert customer needs into technical designs and production-ready software
  • Build backend services and web applications that satisfy public-sector security, privacy, and accessibility standards
  • Contribute across backend, mobile, and browser codebases
  • Support customer deployments while gaining experience across the software delivery lifecycle
  • Work with open identity standards and privacy-focused engineering methods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; recent graduates are welcome
  • Foundational backend development experience in a statically typed language such as Rust, Go, C#, or Java, including experience from coursework, internships, or personal projects
  • Ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively in a collaborative team
  • Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in working with customers and stakeholders
  • Appreciation for open-source software, maintainable code, and deliberate engineering practices
  • Based in the United States or willing to relocate without visa assistance; TN status may be considered
