Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Writer — Dover

Stock and order Nabisco products, maintain displays, and support sales representatives in stores across Delaware and Maryland. This onsite role combines merchandising with in-store ordering.

Description

  • Build customer relationships and meet stores’ merchandising needs.
  • Stock shelves and maintain or refresh product displays.
  • Represent Mondelēz International to in-store employees.
  • Partner with sales representatives to improve product visibility and create promotional displays.
  • Visit stores following Mondelēz International’s DSD merchandising steps.
  • Photograph displays at assigned stores.
  • Order products on an iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked.
  • Maintain Nabisco brand representation and product condition in line with company guidelines.
  • Help ensure store managers follow plans negotiated by sales representatives.
  • Report issues to Mondelēz International management.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
  • Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Represent Mondelēz International in stores with a positive, upbeat manner.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid REAL ID driver’s license issued by your state of residence, a U.S. passport, or federal identification.
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude; work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle between store locations.
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull items weighing more than 50 pounds.
  • Be able to move products from stockrooms to sales floors and stock shelves.
  • Be available to work four days each week, including one weekend day.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred.
