HR Intern – Dongguan

Description

  • Support recruitment across experienced-hire and campus hiring programs
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Organize orientation and training for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and the QP system
  • Help prepare monthly payroll data, including overtime tracking, social security and housing fund purchases, and subsidy calculations
  • Organize recurring employee events, such as annual celebrations and holiday activities
  • Produce regular recruitment and overtime reports and analyze related data
  • Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in human resources or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in recruitment or another HR function is preferred
  • Strong written and spoken English, with CET-4 or higher
  • Excellent communication skills, a results-oriented approach, attention to detail, initiative, and strong learning ability
