- Track project scope, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Own revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects
- Set strategic direction and generate demand for new products and services
- Direct regional or national marketing initiatives
- Grow business opportunities and strengthen market presence
Requirements
- A strong record of creating new opportunities and winning health and benefits consulting business
- Deep knowledge of benefits design, renewal planning, and client engagement management
- Experience controlling project scope and budgets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Background presenting at industry conferences and leading professional seminars
- Proven ability to negotiate competitive rates and coverage with carriers and vendors
- Leadership experience setting strategy and advancing business growth
