German-Speaking Talent Administrator Coordinator (Remote)
Cielo Talent is seeking a German-speaking talent administration coordinator to support recruitment operations, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. This full-time remote position is available to candidates based in Hungary, Germany, or Poland.
Description
- Support recruitment and interview coordination by arranging meetings and maintaining accurate candidate statuses in applicant tracking systems
- Assess incoming applications against role requirements and identify suitable candidates for consideration
- Organize interview schedules so qualified applicants can progress through evaluation
- Handle recruitment administration, monitor process updates, and raise issues when needed
- Keep applicant reviews and coordination with recruiters or hiring managers on schedule
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in a business or office setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, customer-service, and organizational abilities
- Fluency in German is required
- Must work remotely from Hungary, Germany, or Poland
