Description
- Respond to prospective clients by phone using an established conversation guide
- Lead structured first calls to understand client needs
- Record and manage contact details in the CRM system
- Coordinate and prepare appointments for financial advisory consultations
- Provide support for events, seminars, and team activities
- Follow up on and manage warm leads
- Help financial advisors prepare for client appointments
Requirements
- A high school diploma, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification
- Must be based in Germany
- Works in a structured, dependable, and solution-focused manner
- Communicates confidently, professionally, and courteously in person, by phone, and through digital channels
- Comfortable working with established systems and defined procedures
- Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and completes tasks carefully
- Background in customer consulting, sales, or financial services is advantageous but not essential
- Fluent German required
- Must provide a link to the results of a 16 Personalities assessment
