General Management Associate – Executive Development Rotational Program | LexisNexis, Raleigh Hybrid

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional as a General Management Associate rotating across core business functions. Use AI, strategy, and data analysis to help executives address growth and business priorities.

Description

  • Partner with senior executives on go-to-market strategy, growth programs, M&A opportunities, AI-enabled business challenges, and other strategic priorities
  • Complete three rotations across Commercial Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology and AI, Strategy, Finance, Global Operations, Corporate Development, Legal, and Human Resources
  • Work with business leaders during each rotation to solve priority opportunities and challenges
  • Set project objectives, create delivery plans, and own assigned outcomes
  • Use AI tools, business frameworks, and quantitative analysis to assess opportunities, estimate impact, and support implementation
  • Develop productive relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and build support for execution
  • Help business leaders convert recommendations into practical action
  • Finish the program with a Capstone Innovation Project presented to executive leadership
  • Take part in executive roundtables, CEO sessions, leadership discussions, networking events, formal training, and hands-on development opportunities

Requirements

  • Be pursuing or already hold a professional degree such as an MBA, JD, PhD, or MD before the program begins
  • Have completed professional degree studies in 2025 or 2026, or plan to graduate between August 2026 and May 2027
  • Bring 2 to 5 or more years of professional experience before graduation
  • Have experience in B2B technology, professional services, consulting, or a comparable setting
  • Have used AI tools or show a clear interest in building AI-related capabilities
  • Have foundational knowledge of Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Commercial Sales, Legal, Human Resources, or a related business area
  • Communicate clearly, influence stakeholders effectively, and explain complex ideas through focused recommendations and thought leadership
  • Approach problems collaboratively, contribute to team outcomes, and help others develop
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to communicate findings through data-driven storytelling
  • Show learning agility, leadership potential, business acumen, adaptability, accountability, and dedication to ongoing development
