Field Sales Representative - Milwaukee, Hybrid

Drive electronic component and enterprise technology sales across Wisconsin for Arrow Electronics by managing territory strategy, customer relationships, quarterly business reviews, and tailored technical solutions.

Description

  • Identify priority markets and prospective customers within the assigned territory
  • Develop sales plans and strengthen relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Produce detailed quarterly reports outlining actions to support sales growth
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to create solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Develop and present internal quarterly business reviews, including strategic plans and implementation actions
  • Conduct recurring QBRs with key customers to uncover additional sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience is required
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with the electronic components industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of the assigned market and territory, including its customers and competitors
  • Ability to promote and sell Arrow’s value-added, supply chain, and full life cycle programs
  • Ability to create strategic account plans and market Arrow’s complete portfolio of offerings
  • Deep knowledge of Arrow’s primary supplier lines
  • Demonstrated ability to explain and implement complex strategies
  • Experience working with vendors and customers in technical or engineering settings is preferred
  • Ability to prepare detailed internal quarterly business reviews and lead recurring QBRs with major customers
  • Proficiency with sales tracking platforms; Salesforce.com and Oracle experience is preferred
  • An innovative, self-directed approach with a willingness to challenge established practices
  • Must qualify for an export license or meet the U.S. Person requirements under ITAR
